We appreciate that most people selling locally do not move far, often moving simply to obtain another bedroom or a preferred road; in light of this the owner of any property marketed on a Sole Agency basis with M&P will be offered our unique Homefinder Service free of charge, providing an extensive search in your preferred location within the Borough of Richmond.

We hope to provide an invaluable service enabling the seller to 'kill two birds with one stone'. As your agent we will aim to sell your property and find you a new one, thus removing the stress and complications of trying to tie in your sale and purchase.

On the initial appraisal of your property we will inform you as to whether we have a client who may be interested in its purchase. If this is the case then you will be given the option of marketing your property through us or selling direct to our client. If you choose the latter you will pay nothing to M&P.

Is there a conflict of interests?
No, anyone instructing M&P to market their property will be our 'primary client' and we will work in the Vendor's best interests at all times. In the event of an M&P Homefinder client purchasing a property from M&P Estate Agency they will pay no fee, clearly we cannot work for both parties.
